How it works:
STEP ONE: Book a call. We’ll hop on a free, no pressure 20 minute call to get to know each other better and see if we’re a good fit.
STEP TWO: In person walkthrough of your property. We’ll identify the areas where, if improved, can increase your value as well as go over the market statistics.
STEP THREE: We will schedule a design review. This is where our project management team comes to your home, crafts a scope of work, a budget and a timeline for your review.
STEP FOUR: Exectue the proposed plan that you approved. This often includes painting, changing out fixtures, staging, etc. Once ready, we then bring our photo and video crews in to capture the magic of your property
STEP FIVE: Strategically pick a final listing price, review all marketing and go live!
STEP SIX: Collect all offers on the designated offer date and begin negotiations and enter escrow with the top bidder.
STEP SEVEN: Manage all agreed upon terms and timelines and close!
